A Health & Safety induction will be given prior to each event and only inductees will be permitted to enter the site and participate. 

Privacy Act (1988) in providing personal information you acknowledge that:  

1. The information is being collected for the purpose of being able to contact you.  

2. You have rights to access and correct personal information held by The Life Centre Trust Inc, PO Box 2058, Hotham Hill, VIC 3051.  

3. Photography and Video Consent - during the event we will be taking photos and filming various aspects of the event. The Life Centre Trust Inc reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. 

4. I am at least 13 years of age and I consent to these conditions.
